I was brought into this world and raised in the enchanting embrace of Santiniketan, West Bengal, a place that would shape my life's journey in ways I could never have anticipated. While my roots hailed from Bihar, it was in Santiniketan that I truly found my identity. The cultural tapestry of this town wove itself around me as I grew, and the Bengali heritage that permeated the air became an integral part of who I was becoming.
Nestled in the annals of history, Santiniketan's significance resonated deeply. Back in 1863, the visionary Maharshi Debendranath Tagore, father of the illustrious Rabindranath Tagore, breathed life into this place. In a remarkable gesture, he secured a perpetual lease for 20 acres of land adorned by two chhatim (Alstonia scholaris) trees, with a modest annual payment of Rs. 5, from Bhuban Mohan Sinha, the talukdar of Raipur, Birbhum. A guest house was erected, and the name 'Santiniketan,' which translates to 'the abode of peace,' was lovingly bestowed upon it.
With the passage of time, this small haven of tranquillity expanded its realm, capturing hearts and minds far and wide. The very land on which Maharshi Debendranath Tagore's feet and later on carried with Rabindranath Tagore's feet tread became synonymous with Santiniketan, not just as a location, but as an idea, a way of life. A journey that began with a few acres and two chhatim (Alstonia scholaris) trees eventually blossomed into an entire region known far and wide as Santiniketan, a place where knowledge, culture, and peace converged.
My upbringing amidst this rich cultural tapestry instilled in me a profound appreciation for heritage and a deep-seated reverence for the ethos of Santiniketan. It was here that my story began, intertwined with the narrative of a town that thrived on the ideals of peace, wisdom, and artistic expression.
My educational journey has been a tapestry woven across different stages and places, culminating into the person I am today. It all began with Ananda Pathshala, where my journey of learning commenced. The corridors of Patha-Bhavana, Uttar Sikhsha Sadana, and Nippon Bhavana then guided me through various academic phases, nurturing my growth from LKG to Graduation, all under the esteemed umbrella of Visva-Bharati University.
Yet, the thirst for knowledge led me on another path, one that took me beyond the familiar confines. The allure of higher education called, and I embarked on a new chapter by enrolling in the PGPM at IMT Ghaziabad. It was a journey that broadened my horizons and polished my managerial acumen. Moreover, the pursuit of global wisdom led me to Liverpool John Moores University, where I embraced the realm of a Global MBA, imbibing insights from diverse cultures and perspectives.
Languages have always been my bridge to connect across boundaries. Bengali, Hindi, English, and even Japanese are the threads that enable me to navigate through a world of communication with ease. Beyond linguistic proficiency, I've nurtured a passion for Operations and Supply Chain Management, as well as delved into the realm of Data Analytics with tools like Microsoft Power BI, constantly enriching my skill set.
As I stand today, I find myself in the realm of the corporate world, putting to use the learnings and skills I've acquired along the way. Life's journey has led me to the vibrant city of Bangalore, where I've not only found professional fulfilment but also the joy of immersing myself in the local culture and connecting with its wonderful people.
Beneath the surface of these accomplishments lies a heart that beats with an innate versatility. Adaptation is my ally, allowing me to swiftly embrace new avenues. Friendliness and helpfulness are stitched into the very fabric of my nature, a testament to the connections I form and the impact I aspire to create. My life's narrative continues to unfold, with each day a fresh page waiting to be written.
This autobiography of mine is an evolving story, a narrative shaped by every experience, every classroom, every project, and every interaction. And as I step forward into the unknown, I carry with me the wisdom of my past and the excitement of all that lies ahead.

First and foremost, I hold close to the principle of 'Help people to help themselves.' This encapsulates a profound philosophy of empowerment. I firmly believe that our greatest service lies in empowering others to find their own strength and independence. This concept, beautifully expressed as "মানুষকে নিজেদের সাহায্য করতে সাহায্য করুন" in my mother tongue, reminds me that true assistance is not in fostering dependency, but in nurturing self-sufficiency.
Equally etched in my heart is the notion that 'He who loves a living being, serves God.' This thought, elegantly conveyed as "জীবে প্রেম করে যেইজন সেইজন সেবিছে ঈশ্বর," resonates deeply with my beliefs. To extend love and care to any living being is to honour a divine connection. It reinforces the idea that our actions toward all creatures are a reflection of our service to a higher power, reminding us to practice compassion and kindness in all our interactions.
These pearls of wisdom illuminate my journey, guiding my intentions and actions. They serve as a moral compass, enriching my life's purpose with a commitment to empowerment and compassion.
